The Epsom club is now seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work in the The Fountain Brasserie.
As part of the food and beverage team you will be working in the idyllic setting of Woodcote Park, which is set in 350 acres of beautiful Downs countryside, in Surrey. There is on-site staff parking, fantastic transport links and a free shuttle bus from Woodcote Park to Epsom Station.
Our ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role within a 4 or 5 star establishment. You will have at least a level 1 & 2 in basic food hygiene and have advanced knowledge of the UK`s alcohol licensing laws. Ideally you will be familiar with using the electronic point of sales system and some knowledge of stock control.
Candidates must be able to work under pressure, be punctual and posses a flexible attitude to work and their responsibilities.
Your daily duties will include;
" Deputise for Managers in their absence.
" Liaise with the Managers on a daily basis, as to requirements or changes of the daily operation i.e. staffing, table plans, lay-up, menu and standards.
" Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
" Ensure that all orders are correctly billed. Taking responsible for all monies, and balancing members accounts at end of shift in accordance with clubhouse financial procedures
